~Primary Goals~
The primary goals of the Ipava Fire Protection
District is to provide service in support of life safety, property preservation and environmental protection, to the citizens under its jurisdiction.
In fulfillment of these goals, Ipava Fire Protection District will practice fire safety codes, provide fire safety education, provide rescue and emergency medical services, control and/or suppression of fires, assist the Office of the Illinois Fire Marshall in investigations into fires and arson, and support prosecution of arson. Ipava Fire Protection District will achieve these goals with the members of the district focusing on maintaining the highest standards of personnel safety in all areas of operations, development of personnel to meet their present responsibilities and those of the future, and establishing systems of management and operations which will enable the district to meet these goals.
